Seasons are defined as follows and are approximate according to calendar years;
Winter: December 18th to April 23rd
Spring: April 24th to June 25th
Summer: June 26th to September 10th
Autumn: September 11th to December 17th
All prices are in Euros and are based on two adults sharing. Reductions/ Supplements are detailed on the booking form.
Payments must be made either by credit card, bank transfer or Eurocheques. Cheques must be received 5 working days prior to the due date.
Weekly prices during the Winter season are per person for a seven night stay on a Half Board basis, which includes bed, breakfast, afternoon tea and a three/four course evening meal with canapés, wine and coffee.
Prices during Spring and Autumn are on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
Not included in the pricing;
Airport transfers cost each way (where possible we will put guests together to make it more economical)
1 or 2 people: €100

7 to 8 people: €200
Taxe de Séjour costs € 0.5 per person per night.
Rooms are available from 4 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day. We will try to accommodate any rooming requests, but unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.
Ski/Mountain Bike Hosting is provided during Winter/Summer as a free service to our guests, who ride at their own risk at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury however caused.
It is a condition of booking that all guests have adequate insurance, which must cover cancellation costs.
Reciept of completed Booking Form and payment of deposit (or the full amount if less than 8 weeks to your arrival) will secure your booking.
The balance will fall due eight weeks before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation shall take effect when written notification from the person signing the Booking Form has been received or the balance has not been paid. In such cases, the following charges will occur:
