Late flights arriving after 21h00 and early flights departing before 09h00 incur
a supplement of € 30 per trip.

Unless all seats have been booked on each minibus, we reserve the right to carry
other passengers who may be on another flight, which may mean a small wait on
arrival or leaving slightly earlier on departure. In this case, we will endeavor
to limit this to a maximum of one hour.

Payment can be made either by credit card via www.thefarmhouse.co.uk or in cash,
Euros only, on the date of travel.

Cancellation or alteration of any booking must be made in writing at least 24
hours in advance. Otherwise, you shall be liable for any 'no shows' on arrival
or departure. Also, we cannot guarantee to be able to fit in any 'sudden extras'.

We are fully insured for passenger and third party liability, as required under
French law and in case of accident, our liability shall be limited to the conditions
of our insurance contract. These terms and conditions are to be governed in all
respects by French Law.

Luggage, mountain bikes and skis are carried free of charge at the clients risk
and we accept no liability responsibility for loss or damage.

Please confirm the pick up time for your departure by ringing The Farmhouse the
day before departure. We have generally found that it is necessary to leave resort
a minimum of four hours before your flight leaves.

We always use every reasonable means to ensure that our minibus arrives on time
to pick you up and that it reaches its destination on time. However, we do not
accept any responsibility whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes
beyond our control, which may result in missing a flight. This includes and is
not limited to:
i. road accidents ii. severe weather conditions, ie heavy
snow iii. road closures iv. compliance with requests of the
police or customs officers v. vandalism and terrorism vi.
heavy traffic and delays vii. industrial action by third
parties viii. problems caused by other clients ix. mechanical/technical
problems x. other circumstances affecting passenger safety

We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under
the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered to
pose a risk to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol in our vehicles is not permitted.
